Is sharing subscriptions legal?
Yes, ShareMySub allows you to share subscription plans that allow several simultaneous accesses, in compliance with the terms and conditions of the services concerned. Subscription sharing is legal as long as it complies with the platforms' rules of use, and ShareMySub guarantees compliant and secure use
How do I join a subscription group?
Browse available groups, choose one that suits you, and click join. Once you pay your share and get access.
How do I host a subscription?
Click 'Share a subscription' add your subscription details, set the number of available slots and pricing, and approve requests from Subscribers.
What’s the difference between a Host and a Subscriber?
A Host owns the subscription and shares access. A Subscriber pays a share to use it. ShareMySub helps manage the connection and payment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through trusted payment gateways. We never store your credit card details.
What if a Host stops providing access?
We protect Subscribers with a built-in dispute system. If access is lost, we’ll investigate and offer refunds if necessary.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription share from your dashboard at no extra cost. You may retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Does ShareMySub provide the subscription itself?
No. We do not sell subscriptions. We simply connect people who want to split the cost of existing subscriptions.
